However, you don’t need to go down the sound deisgn rabbit hole for hours on end to get great results. In fact, by following this tutorial, you can get a professional sounding future bass synth sound in less than two minutes!
Check it out. Leave the default sawtooth waveform on oscillator one and bump the voices up to 16 to make it large. Send that audio into the MG Low 18 low-pass filter.
Now, we need to automate that filter’s cutoff to open after a 1/2 bar. With drag and drop modulation routing in Serum, this is easy!
