- Paths are used to connect buildings, locations, rides, and direct guests. There are three types of paths in Planet Coaster. These are Path, Natural, and Queue. The first option Path consists of 16 different surfaces ranging from stone, to asphalt, to wood. These are used to create the main walkways between buildings such as Food Shops, Drink Shops and Gift Shops as well as other buildings.

RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 places players in charge of managing amusement parks; rides can be built or demolished, terrain and scenery can be adjusted, and prices can be controlled to keep visitors or 'peeps' happy.
Okay so I have Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection, which include all expansion packs, Endagered species being the one with elevated paths.

Now I love elevated paths but they always, always glitch on my, if I create a very nice viewing area guests just love falling off elevated paths into the animal exhibit. The game does not tell you when a guest is distressed and as such I just wander over an exhibit and bam, 5 people being dumbasses are now ruining my Zoo Fame because elevated paths refuse to work.

Now I've googled and have yet to find anything involving problems with elevated paths so my question is this: Is there some type of patch or something, unofficial or otherwise, which fixes this glitch or is this just because Zoo Tycoon 2 is half-finished? :P
I like the game, just my zoos will look boring and be boring to make without elevated paths, yet guests will continually fall through....
Also on an semi-related note, one time I have wolverines in an exhibit and they were fully encloses yet guests would walk up to the exhibit, be all 'They are neat' and then bam, they'd run in fear, and the animals would do nothing. My zoo keeper eventually locked one of the animals up and I watched this entre this happen wondering why all my guests turned into bipolar paranoid freaks.
